How to Use KakoBuy with Cnfans Spreadsheet: Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

Step 1 — Find Your Product on the Cnfans Spreadsheet

Start right here on this directory. Browse the categories on the left (Shoes, Hoodies, Jackets, etc.) and find a product you like. Click any product card to open the detail view, where you'll see:

- The product title and brand

- Price in USD (converted from CNY at approximately 6.2 rate)

- Product photos and QC gallery (when available)

- The Weidian ID — the unique identifier you'll need for KakoBuy

Step 2 — Create a KakoBuy Account

Navigate to KakoBuy and create a free account. Use the same email you'll use for all W2C purchases so you can track everything in one place. During registration, look for any new-user promo codes or welcome credits — these are often displayed on the registration page and can save you money on your first order.

Verify your email address, then complete your shipping profile with your full address including postal code. Getting this right now saves headaches later.

Step 3 — Add the Product to KakoBuy

Here's the key step: go to the product detail on this directory, find the "Buy on KakoBuy" button, and click it. This pre-populates KakoBuy with the Weidian product URL and our affiliate code.

Alternatively, if you have the Weidian product URL or ID, you can paste it directly into the KakoBuy search/product input field. KakoBuy will load the product page including all SKU options.

Step 4 — Select Your SKU and Place the Order

Once the product loads on KakoBuy, select your size, color, and any other variants (SKU options). Double-check the variant against reference photos.

Review the price in CNY and confirm the product matches what you saw in the Cnfans spreadsheet. Add to cart and proceed to checkout. You'll pay the product cost plus a small agent handling fee (typically 0-5% of product value on KakoBuy).

Step 5 — Review Your QC Photos and Approve

Once the item arrives at KakoBuy's warehouse (typically 2-5 days after ordering), you'll receive an email notification. Log in to see your QC photos.

Review using the checklist from our QC guide — check stitching, logos, color accuracy, and overall construction. If everything looks good, approve the shipment. If not, request additional photos or initiate a return/exchange.

Step 6 — Choose Shipping and Wait

After QC approval, select your shipping line. For first orders, we recommend EMS or DHL for reliable tracking. Pay the shipping fee and your order is on its way.

Use the tracking number in KakoBuy's dashboard to monitor your package. Most shipments to the US arrive within 10-20 days depending on the shipping line.
